Providing supply and fixing of eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling system in module size of 600x600mm with Galvanized iron powder coated 24mm T grid system. Eco friendly light weight calcium silicate tiles shall be made of non-cementitious hydrated wet molded calcium silicate slurry, reinforced with fibers and natural fillers. Free from formaldehyde and other harmful materials. Does not contain any toxic ingredients. Tiles shall be GRIHA accredited product suitable for green building applications. False ceiling tiles shall have following properties: (a). Surface: All tiles are prime coated on both sides. Standard factory finish in two coats white dispersion type, solvent free paint. (b). Dimensions: 595x595x15mm thick integral densified tegular/butt edged. Size referred to are always module sizes. (c). Thickness: 15mm thick integral densified tegular/butt edges with 26mm wide collar at all around the edge resting portion and 10mm thick at quadrant of the body size of 543x543mm. (d). Density of material: 350 kg/m3 at the quadrant 10mm thick portion and 450 kg/m3 at all around the integral densified edges. (Average density 370 kg/m3 as per ECBC code 2017). (e). Relative Humidity: 100% RH as per ASTM C 473-03. (f). Fire resistance: Non-combustible as per BS 476 part 4, Fire performance as per BS 476 Part 6 for fire propagation & class 1 as per BS 476 part 7 for surface spread of flame. (g). Thermal conductivity: 0.048 W/mK to 0.052 W/m²K as per IS 3346/1980 and as per ECBC code 2017. (h). Recycled content: shall have 46-50% recycled content. (i). Acoustic control: Sound Attenuation 30- 32dB. Noise reduction coefficient (NRC) as per IS 8225:1987 for semi perforated tile: 0.5 for fully perforated tile: 0.75 (j).Light reflectance:>85%. (k).Weight:5-5.5kg/m2. False ceiling tiles shall be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T grid hot dipped galvanized iron sections of 0.33mm sheet of thickness galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including all sides comprising of main T runners of size 24x38mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 24x32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 24x32mm of length 600mm to form grid grid module of size 600x600mm. This grid shall be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners connected to 4mm Gl adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced 1200mm Centre to Centre fixed to main T runner. Frame also consist of Gl perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm Centre to Centre and 40mm long dry wall SS screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer- in-charge.

Flooring with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8 to 10mm 1st quality conforming to IS: 13711, IS: 13712, IS: 13630(Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs with borders and design as per the approved flooring pattern as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, laying tiles using spacers of 2mm thick, set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) including cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 600 x 600 mm of thickness between 8 to 10mm 1st quality conforming to IS: 13711, IS: 13712, IS: 13630(Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, length equal to flooring tiles, set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc.,and complete for finished item of work.

Providing and applying Wall putty of White Cement or Polymer or Cement based of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, over heads and contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for Internal walls

Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: (Cement : Sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
