Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5meters and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make, size, and colour, conforming to IS: 4457, laid in acid and/or alkali resistant mortar bedding, including cutting, fitting, and grouting of 3 mm wide joints with epoxy grout comprising 0.70 kg organic coated filler of approved shade mixed with 0.10 kg hardener and 0.20 kg resin per kg, including filling, finishing, and all incidental works complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge:- In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) :- Acid and alkali resistant tile

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china water closet of approved brand/make, shape, size and pattern including white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litres with single flushing system, including all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc including making connection with the existing P/S trap, complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall : 15 mm dia nominal bore Class Heavy C class with 3.2mm thickness.
