Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar work/places, laid in alternate bays and filling the joints with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L factory made pre-polished rubber moulded vibromatic Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cm and 22-25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and colour pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick pre-polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick pre-polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L heavy duty endura ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Part- I quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e. cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15cm but not. exc 22.5 cm long, diameter of neck n exc12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 50mmx50mm specification as specified in SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire any size or type weight n exc 4 Kg per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ball bearing and other similar works etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws and profile should match with galvalume sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick vibromatic reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 1mm thick mild steel CR sheet around painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint , as in man hole cover slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequered finish) including necessary form work, 100 mm long handle of 12mm dia round bar counter sunk by 25mm welded to reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Note : CA No and date will be engraved on covers. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. Curing will be carried out with ponding method)

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50-metre-wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre depth for foundation, manhole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B’ brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing old brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B’ brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall including demolition of existing brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.
