M&L for attending day to day complaint of street Light /Flood Light /Post Top Light/Garden light any where at Anarwala & Garhi Cantt, rectifying cable faults, cleaning of street light Timer panel, removing the creapers, trimming of tree branches etc by using necesaary tools and equipments complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light 210 or higher watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp die-cast IP 66 aluminium housing, , required to fix with existing bracket complete with all accessories all as directed incl taking down existing light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete required to fix with existing bracket complete with all accessories all as directed incl taking down existing fitting complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting existing road/hardstanding of any type by using crow bar chisel uprto a depthof 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI Tubing 50 mm dia Light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unsv LT Cable for laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting to steel pole any type after scrapping and rubbing down with sand paper preparation of old or new surface of poles including pole fittings such as cross arms of any description, anti-climbing devices, nut, bolts etc.with two coats of aluminum paint including numbering of poles as per existing complete all as directed and making 5 Nos of alternative strips of black, yellow paint of 30 Cm wide complete all as directed.

Dismantling existing steel poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation, demolition of concrete etc. and removing the old unserviceable poles/ rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only of steel poles of any length and dia retrieved against respective dismantling item No 17.00 including loading, shifting unloading errection in true vertical position complete all as directed.

Supply and errecting steel tabular swaged pole complete with CI base plate, 6mm thick and 300X300mm size, final taper plug, bolts & nuts, and washer all as IS-2713 (Part-II) (1980 revised) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coat black bituminious paint for portion embedded in concrete all as specified of type 410 SP-31, 8.5 mtr long complete all as specified. (Note:- Excavation & concrete shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L in replacement GI bracket made out of 40 mm GI pipe medium grade bend for fabrication to shape as required length of pipe 1.2 mtr with necessary fixing arrangement by means of MS clamps 02 Nos not less than 50x6 mm MS flat duly painted, nuts, bolts and washer complete all as directed

S&F junction box made of glass fibre reinforced and transparent poly carbonate of size 126x228x111, KV PC 8104 with IP 65 protection including MCB SP, 6 Amps 1 No and suitable size clamps fixing for pole/in pcc foundation etc,including taking down the old one,all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and dismantling of street light fittings of any type size and model (FTL, ES, HPSV,MVL,MH, floodlight Fittings etc), and depositing the same to MES store yard for repair if any required or as directed by Engr in Charge complete.

Fixing only of street lights taken down against the item here and above but after repair and replacement of unserviceable spares / accessories for the same including refixing of street light fittings of any size , type and model to existing pole, including necessary electric connection by providing PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 3 single core of size 2.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) from junction box to fittings incl testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete required to fix with existing bracket of min 40 mm dia complete with all accessories all as directed incl taking down existing light fitting complete all as specified.

Supply, laying & connecting in replacement XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including fixing lugs, cp brass cable gland etc. All bare conductor duly insulated 1.1 kv grade PVC heat shrinkable sleeve at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drawing of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable in existing pole incl making holes for cable entry and exist near to light fitting and junction box complete all as directed.

S&F of coil for contactor 40 Amps to 80 Amps as per existing sample complete incl connection and taking out existing coil complete all as specified.

S&F timer digital type in repair incl taking out existing timer and necessary connection complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement LED light fitting driver suitable for 60/72 watts fittings as per sample complete all as specified. Make:- Havells/Crompton/Philips or as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement surge protection device 10 KV 240 Volts suitable for LED street light fitting complete all as specified. Make:- HPL/Crompton/Philips or as approved.

M&L for repair old street Light /Flood Light /Post Top Light/Garden light of any make & size by removing drivers, surge protector, LED Lense plate, Glass, etc and make serviceable for re-use, all as specified and directed Note : (i) Old lights should collect and deposited to MES store yard as serviceable. (ii) The quoted rates includes the cost of labour, drivers, surge protector, LED Lense plate, Glass etc. (iii) The cost of drivers, surge protector will be measured and paid under relevant item.

M&L for repair old Solar street light of any make & size by removing drivers, surge protector, LED Lense plate, Glass, Solar Panel, Battary, Timer switch, indicator Lamp etc and make serviceable for re-use, all as specified and directed Note : (i) Old lights should collect and deposited to MES store yard as serviceable. (ii) The quoted rates includes the cost of labour, drivers, surge protector, LED Lense plate, Glass etc. (iii) Repair should be carried out through manufacturer company /authorised dealer

S&F Street light fitting LED type 80 W Dwarf Star with Camera exellent for surveillance light fixed dome camers for 24x7 and stores video in erasable memory for 4 - 6 days with camera with sensors of die-cast IP 66 aluminium housing, required to fix with existing bracket of min 40 mm dia complete with all accessories all as directed incl taking down existing fitting complete. (Make : Green Star Model - SDS-80 ) or equivalent in Philips/ Havells/ Eveready / Crompton as approved.

S&F LED bollard type fitting 10 Watt cpacity 650 mm height, LED bollard AFlare fitted with low glare diffuser with IP 65 protection, complete with necessary pcc foundation including taking down existing old pattern unserviceable light fitting all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat Part No.LBSL 1-10-CDL or equivalent in Havells/ Bajaj/Eveready.
