Taking down carefully aluminum /copper point wiring (light, fan, switch & power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, by unscrewing from board ,out let box, fitting and fixture such as bulk head fitting, sketch fittings and making good the disturbed rurfaces of walls floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old MCB, DBs/main switch of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down service/sub main wire of any size fixed in any position , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, pvc insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC Concealed conduit of dia not less than 20mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall, ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes (with earth duly) duly painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3mm thick hylam laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site for the following :

One light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch.

One Bell point controlled by one switch bell push

One light point controlled by two - 2 way switches for stair case.

One 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board.

One 5 Amps socket on same board with other switches.

All as per item No-4 here in above but 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor and independent board for 15 Amps switch/socket point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor 1.5. Sqmm 1100 Volts grade FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed including ISI marked PVC casing capping of required sizes as indicated including all accessories, copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm insulated and unsheathed PVC cables as earth wire, trminal boxes closed recossed type. PVC Plastic board all as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following :-

One light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch.

One Bell point controlled by one switch bell push

One light point controlled by two - 2 way switches for stair case.

Supply & Fixing in repairs extruded aluminium LED Batten fittings with Decorative end caps of 9/10 Watt with CCT 6500 K and Lumens should not less than 900 lm with flexible wire connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Make:- Jaquar CAT PART NO. LGLZ01X010XC , or Eq model of Philips/Bajaj ).

Supply & Fixing in repairs extruded aluminium LED Batten fittings with Decorative end caps of 18/ 20 Watt with CCT 6500 K and Lumens should not less than 2000 lm with flexible wire connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Make:- Jaquar CAT PART NO. LGLZ01X020XC , or Eq model of Philips / Bajaj ).

S&F in replacement of Post top lattern light fitting die cast aluminium graphite grey powder coated spigot, acrylic clear diffuser, opal acrylic diffuser provided at LED area to minimize glare for LED System wattage 40W with LED Color temperature 3000k + 300k complete with accessories including wiring with copper wire of 2.5sqmm from junction box to fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe(light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board.
