BOQ ( Sch A ) EM Works Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF direclty coupled alternator and engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 common base platform with floor mounted (mounted / in built fuel tank) of suitable capacity and including all excavation, PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/dampers as directed by manufacture and other accessories comprising of following:- (a) ENGINE:- ECO friendly for emission and noise (CPCB -II Norms compliance) 4 stroke diesel Engine suitable for 40 KVA DG Set confirming to BS std developing suitable BHP (Minimum 56 BHP)1500 RPM Liquid Cooled with provision for 10% overload for one hour on any 12 hours running (i) Fly wheel with starter ring for generating set. (ii) Dry type Air Filter. (iii) Lub oil Cooler assembly with accessories. (iv) Exhaust air manifold. (v) Exhaust silence. (vi) Exhaust gas turbocharger. (vii) Fuel filter (pre micro) (viii) Lubrication oil filter. (ix) 12V/24V electrical starting system with starting motor & battery charging alternator with self starter and other auto electrical accessories as recommended by manufacturer. (x) Centrifugal by pass filter. (xi) In line monoblock fuel pump with mechanical governer and fuel pump. (xii) Front & rear engine mounting supports. (xiv)Engine control panel consisting of OFF/ON/START keys lub oil pressure, cooling water temperature, phase current, phase voltage, kilo-watt hour, power factor, system frequency, low oil level. (xv) Engine operational /maintenance, spare parts & manual, (xvi) Engine test certificate.

(b) ALTERNATOR:- Salient pole brushless, self excited type suitable for direct couple to engine, self regulated with fast response Solid state electronic type electronic automatic voltage with in desired limit dynamically balanced 415 V, AC 3 Phase, 50 HZ, 4 Wire 0.8 PF Lagging 40 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclosers with insulation class-H and with stand an over load of 10% for one hour in 12 hours operation ambient temperature condition as per BS 2613 IS 13364 with following accessories:- (i) One MS frame suitable for mounting of Engine & alternaor (ii) One fuel tank of suitable capacity for 10 hours running or as per OEM Standard complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc inbuilt inside DG set. (iii) Battery Make- Exide of capacity minimum 75 AH capacity with copper leads and terminals of suitable size. (iv) One set of AVM pads fitted on base frame. (v) one hand operated rotory type pump connected with HD pipe of length 10 mtr.

(c) AMF Control Panel- The AMF panel shall be floor mounted metal clad cubicle type in construction, to form a compact assembly in dust/damp and vermin proof type, equivalent to IP-53. The AMF/Manual Control panel for DG Sets shall house the following devices for control, protection and metering of the set with suitable rating of incoming and outgoing switch gears contractor for main and DG Set with auto load changer as per site requirement. (d) The circuit will make use of minimum number of relays and control wiring will be provided with adequate size of copper conductor cable of suitable size and end tag numbered at either ends. (e) Acoustic enclosure - Acoustic insulated as per 40 KVA DG Set as under:- (i) Noise reduction type, properly clamped shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorps noise with fabricated out of CRCA Sheet of suitable thickness as per OEM. (ii) Doors Locks and Door Hinges special designed stainless steel door locks and doors hinges ensuring for smooth operation and log lige. (iii) Soun profiling Residential silencer insulated from inside with high quality glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine and perforated powder coats sheet specially designed allenuators (sound controller) at air entry and exist of the container notice level shall be not exceed 75 Db at 1 meter distance as per CPCB Norms. (iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. (v) provn of light inside the canopy providing of 1 x emergency LED Light of suitable watt with wiring and control switch. NOTE:- The following documents shall be submitted by the contractor after installaion of DG Set:- (i) Manufactures catalogues (ii) Copy of Engine test report (iii) Copy of Alternator test reprot. (iv) Maintenance and operation manaual (v) The DG Set shall be tested for 08 hrs in presence of GE's rep with 110% load for 01 hr and as per direction of Engr-in-charge. The fuel for testing of DG set shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and the cost of fuel shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG set quoted by the contractor.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross section area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts and making good the disturbed surface of road with using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross section area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts and making good the disturbed surface of road with using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, fillingin, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

Supply and Fixing steel tube Light grade galvanised 50 mm bore with all GI fittings for protection of UG cable under road/culvert and fixing on wall with saddle, screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick sub class 'B' old size brick for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn into and including Rigid non metallic PVC conduit ( ISI marked) Heavy grade, 20 mm dia (external) inclusive of junction/terminal boxes, all fittings and accessories fixed concealed with and including 6 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB including cutting and chasing and making good disturbed surface matching with original surface by plastering and white wash/ colour/ distemper etc including taking down existing old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :1 The cost of earth wire shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Two run of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm cable including PVC conduit will be measured as one unit ie one running metre”

Supply & Fixing sheet metal enclosure for DBs(double door type) Triple pole and neutral 4 way including blanking plate as required with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 415 volts fixed and concealed in wall including taking down unserviceable main switches MCB DB’s of any make and type including teakwood board etc complete and making good the disturbed surfaces including white/colour wash/distempering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing sheet metal enclosure for DBs(double door type) single pole and neutral 8 way including blanking plate as required with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volts fixed including taking down unserviceable main switches MCB DB’s of any make and type including teakwood board etc complete and making good the disturbed surfaces including white/colour wash/distempering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 240V, 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 Amp, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing 415V, 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of triple pole neutral/four pole (TPN/FP) and current carrying capacity 40 to 100 Amp, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole and neutral (SPN) and current carrying capacity 40 to 63 Amp, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized sheet earth plate electrodes 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2. 25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and incl the earth test point of galvanized Iron/steel of size 75x75x 25mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and connected to earth test point including brazing at all joints except at test point and testing complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. Supply & Fixing point wiring for AC point on independent board point controlled by one, one way switch with 4.0 Sqmm size, PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade, single core stranded (multistrand) copper conductor (FRLS) PVC cable drawn into & including PVC casing/capping and accessories including sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fittings like switches, sockets & fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet covers fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 4.0 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable earth wire and connected to earth, etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed (Note:- wiring shall be done in colour coding as directed by Engineer in charge)

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and netural enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 Amp 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed

Supply and installation wall mounted voltage stabilizer 5 KVA for split AC unit of capacity 1.5 Ton complete all as specified and directed.
