Electrical works at cheki Harwan Providing, laying and fitting of 1.1 KV, 120 sqmm , 3.5 core Aluminum XLPE insulated armoured cable of (Havells/finolex/polycab/gloster make) from substation to MCCB with each terminal of cable duly thimbled, crimped and properly insulated using suitable sized Al thimbles. The cable is to be laid underground in PVC pipe by way of earth excavation using manual labour and then refilling of trench after laying of cable.

Providing and fitting of 3-pole 415V MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 36kA breaking capacity (Ics= 100% Icu) (Make: L&T/schnieder) having max. thermal release range of 200A

Providing and fitting of dry type 7.5 HP (L&T/Bentex/Kilburn make) DOL Starter, mechanically operated, working on 50Hz, 450±10% AC voltage supply for operation of priming unit. The starter shall be mounted with nuts and bolts for proper fixing on pannel.

Providing and fitting of analogue type voltmeter (0-500V) and ammeter (0-100A).

Providing and fitting of aluminium thimbles with tapping, insulation of size 300 sqmm

Providing and fitting of Long/fixed copper contact points for 60HP starter as per sample.

Providing and fitting of Short/movable copper contact points for 60HP starter as per sample.

Providing and fitting of 11KVA link set for 100 KVA HT transformer.

Providing and fitting of 20W Led light with IP 65 rating. The Job includes wiring of the light with 1sqmm FRLS copper wire and 6A MCB with gang box for ON and OFF operation.

Providing of LED Lantern with Twin Charging mode – Charging Cable or Solar Panel (inclusive of panel) (Syska/ Havells/ Andslite/ Philips)

Electrical works at Sultanpora dewatering Providing and fitting of 3-pole 415V MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 36kA breaking capacity (Ics= 100% Icu) (Make: L&T/schnieder) having max. thermal release range of 200A

Providing and fitting of ISMC 100 (02 no. of 8rft length each with clamps) for placing of 100 KVA transformer on HT frame. Job also includes providing and fitting of 50mm x 4mm MS strip (9 rft each) for securing of transformer on both sides. All the tools, tackles, skilled labourer required for completion of the Job shall be provided by the firm.

Providing and fitting of 11kva pin insulator

Re-aligning of the tilted/uprooted poles by way of excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc.
