RequiredThe bidder should be manufacturer or supplier of ceramic lined pulverized fuel outlet box and PF outlet transition box and have supplied the same material mentioned in the schedule of material to Thermal Power Plants. Bidder must submit relevant purchase order copies as documentary proof.

RequiredThe bidder should supply the material within 3 months from the date of receipt of PO.

RequiredThe L1 firm needs to submit the indented material drawings along with material of construction before the manufacturing of the material.

RequiredThe material supplied shall be with fitment guarantee that the item is one to one replacement of the existing item with functional performance & no modification is to be done. In case of any issue, the material will be rejected and replacement needs to be provided on free of cost.

RequiredThe material offered must be Guaranteed/Warranted for satisfactory performance for a period of 18 months from the date of dispatch/12 months from the date of putting into service whichever is earlier, against the manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship.

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.

RequiredGST registration certificate

RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.

RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
