SPL REPAIR TO ROAD INCLUDING ROAD SHOULDERS AT RIMC DEHRADUN

Scarifing or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth n exc 50 mm & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 Ton power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick WBM in two layers each layer 75mm thick with coarse aggreagate granite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to rquired gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for preparing black to surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomer and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 sqm paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chips). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and ditected.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
