Supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Rising main of following size & thickness of MS ERW Pipe (Grade YST 210) by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes of Adwani or Adore make confirming to ISO 3183 : 2007 & IS 816 : 1969 including painting of pipe from inside and outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Rising Main in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete assuming that 90% Pipeline is laid in trenches & also it is estimated that 75% trenches will be in soil mixed with shingle, bazri, boulder and rest of 25% will be in medium rock

Design & construction of Pump House of following size made up of Brick masonry with R.C.C. flat roof at main pumping station including stairs between pump house and staff quarter, including painting with delux multi surface paint and other appurtenant works, construction of foundation of pumps and cable trench, including internal electrification complete as per approved design & drawing, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of 125 mm dia. (Class 300) heavy duty Cast Steel Sluice / Scour Valve confirming to API 600 for Clear Water Rising Main.including all accessories complete.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty Cast Steel Reflux Valve 125 mm dia. (Class 300) (Swing Check Type) confirming to API 6D for Clear Water Rising including all accessories complete.

Supply and fixing of Air Valve confirming to API Standard 50 mm dia. Cast steel Double Ball Air Valve Flanged type, W.P. 25 Kg/cm2 including all accessories complete.

Supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc and construction of Scour/Air / Reflux Valve chamber (Internal size 1 m x 1 m x1.2 m) with brick masonry, fixing of M.H. Cover including locking arrangement as per type design.

Dismantling of existing old damaged rising main 125 mm dia 3.2 mm thick ERW pipes making pieces less then 6 m. cutting by gas and properly stacking at site store up to a distance of 2 km. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

R.C.C work with cement, coarse sand and 10 to 20 mm gauge gravel in proportion 1:1.5:3 excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding but including necessary centering & shuttering including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. complete for Anchor Block in Rising pipe at various places. (average (size :- 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.2 m).

Mild Steel reinforcement in plain work such as R.C.C. work (Anchor Block) including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Construction of protection works as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows :-

Cement concrete with 20 mm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 in foundation including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. complete

Random Rubble Stone Masonry in 1:6 cement and sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.
