Tenders with two bid system are invited for “Two Year Rate Contract For Various

Type Of Passenger CAR, SUV & MUV (A.C & NON A.C as per the Requirement)

On Hire Basis As Per Technical Specification” from reputed qualified agencies those

who qualify the below mention criteria.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Bidder must have valid GST registration.

2. Professional Tax (EC and RC), EPF, ESIC Registration certificate. (if not

applicable then given written on own letter pad with sign and stamp)

3. The bidder must have achieved a minimum Annual Turnover in one year of last

seven year Amount of Rs 189 Lac. Separate Chartered Accountant’s certificate

shall be attached along with the Bid.

4. Working Capital must not be less than Rs.47.25 Lacs. submit Separate

Chartered Accountant’s certificate.

5. Bidder must have 05 nos. of vehicles registered under TAXI category at his

own names. Bidder must have to produce rent agreement for remaining 05 nos

vehicles (Provide Total 10 nos vehicle detail required if own vehicles more than

05 nos then agreement required for vehicles= 10 - own vehicle) which is also

registered under TAXI category. This agreement must be valid for 30 months

minimum. Bidder shall have to submit RC book & insurance copy along with

technical documents.

6. Bidder must have completed similar nature at list One work of 75.6 lacs in last

seven year in single order for Govt. or Semi Govt. Organization. Performance

certificates along with its PO/WO from competitive authorities.

Enhancement factor at 10 % per year for last seven years will be applicable.

7. Available bid capacity must be more than the tender amount which will be

Rs.7,500/- (Non-refundable) in form of Demand Draft in favor of Commissioner,

Condition for selection of Overall L-1 Agency and award of work-

The bidder quoting the lowest rates in the highest number of categories (only the

rates quoted in Rs. per day or Rs. per month shall be considered, and the rates

quoted in Rs. per km for additional usage shall not be taken into account) shall be

considered the overall L-1 bidder. RMC reserves the right to offer the overall L-1

bidder an opportunity to match the lowest rates quoted by other bidders in the

remaining category/categories. If the overall L-1 bidder agrees to match such rates,

the entire contract may be awarded to that overall L-1 bidder.

If the overall L-1 bidder does not agree to match the lowest rates quoted by other

bidders in the remaining category/categories, RMC reserves the right to split the

tender and award the contract category-wise to more than one agencies based on

the respective lowest quoted rates. The concerned agency/agencies shall be bound to

accept and execute the work awarded to them in accordance with the terms and

conditions of the tender. In the event of refusal or failure to execute the awarded

work, the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of such agency/agencies shall be liable to be

forfeited, and further action may be taken as per the tender conditions.

Special Terms For Contract Rate Variation

1. Contract price

For contract price will be as per the price bid (or sanction by RMC) & will be inclusive

of all expense necessary for continue of contract only exclusive of GST, GST paid

given during entire contract period.

2. Fuel price adjustment

The rate quoted by tendered will be vary during contract period only Fuel price

variation during the contract period will be consider. Fuel cost increase or decrease

will be allowed every month & rate applicable in the first day of month will be taken

into considered. Diesel and petrol Base rate will be consider Retail rate of

Diesel and petrol of IOCL and CNG base rate will be consider CNG rate per kg

of Gujarat Gas on the day of last date of submission of E-tender.

The formula for determined increase or decrease in the rate from the base rate will
