Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and stacking at site where directed complete.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry in any description as ordered with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (plain or interlocking joints) and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Cutting holes in brick works of size exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including making good as per its original specification with out any extra cost complete all as directed.

S&F MS hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11-15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified.

M&L MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, painted with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled MS in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

All as per item No 16 here-in-above but errection and fixing only old gates after repair work, necessary welding, pillars repairs etc.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing (120 to 140 gms) 4mm dia and 75mm spacing and weighing not less than 2.75 kg/sqm diagonally pinned including line wire rails, straining bolts and provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/s Sachin , TATA or any approved make as approved..

Fixing only diagonally pinned fencing wire including line wire, any mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F stainless steel hand railings of grade 304 SS including one designer blausters, 3 Nos support of 75mm dia pipe, 40mm main top pipe, 2 Nos of 20 mm dia railling pipe complete cut to length , welding / bracing as required including all small fittings and designwer balls and other accessories as orderd complete all as dfirected.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of welding/bracing and providing accessolries as ordered).

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick plaster with granular material (Heritage finish) or desired tint including mixing necessary chemical etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M&L complete removal of any type existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of exterior walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex ) over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 0.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty (Birla white or equivalent) complete all as specified.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing any type of paint and rust from existing chain link fencing using rust remover to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and apply two coats of anti corrisive paint applied as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed.(Note : Make of anti corrisive paint shall be got approved before procurement , tint of shade shall be got approved before procurement).

M & L one coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M&L for 70mm thick FRC manhole cover of size 90x45 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for 70mm thick FRC manhole cover of size 60x45 cm complete all as specified.
