Cutting,removing and fixing back top cone with immediate bend of FHE for repairing /re-tubing works in DCDA Acid plant.
Patching / renewal of leaky/less thickness areas of shell / roof / bottom plates of FHE in DCDA Acid plant. Plate thickness - 6/8/10 mm, Material- MS/CS
Dismantling and pulling out the tubes safely as instructed without any damage to the tube sheet, erecting, expanding of tubes using tube expander and welding of new tubes as per attached drawing no: 1713606 R5. Tube size: OD-38.1mm, Thickness-2.642mm, Length-5787mm Tube MOC: ASTM/A 179 Note: Cutting of FHE shell required for re tubing purpose & welding back the same shall be carried out at no extra cost.
