Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 Cm. layers when required into plinths,side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring, strutting, timbering where ever required as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :

Foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thicknes) including attached butteresses, pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and the mass concrete complete in all respect as per the directions and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like etc. upto 200 mm thickness complete in all respect as per the directions and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. plinth and string courses complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Steel Fiber Reinforcement concrete man hole cover and frame conforming to IS 12592 (Part-1) with latest ammendments of size 600x600mm fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinded on a IAS 35x35x5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing, pieces of MS flat 20x4mm, 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS sheet, Angle section & welding of MS sheets, Angle Section, Hinges, Handles 150mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Laying, jointing, testing and Carriage of GMS tubes (Light Grade) in trenches including tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc complete (Earth work to be measured and paid for seprately) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing scouring arrangements of 32mm dia from storage tank in a length of 5meters consisting of flanged pipes/nipples of 50mm dia from storage tank jointed with flanged sluice valve of 50mm dia of Kartar make, class-PN-I with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
