The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Refixing of available serviceable flush door shutter/PVC door shutter i/c pvc frame in existing door openings i/c labour charges,screws etc if required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of vitreous china wash basin and related fittings, supports etc with due care and refixing of the same back in position after necessary repair works,all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removal of urinal partition marble slab with due care and refixing of the same back in position after necessary repair works i/c all labour involved, mortar,white cement etc for refixing,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and dismembering existing aluminium partitions/ doors and safely taking out glass panes, particle board, fittings etc for re-use, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and dismembering wooden partitions including frames, supporting members,doors with frames, cleats/fasteners/screws in adjoining walls,floors all complete including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Easing and adjusting of steel windows to ensure unhindered , smooth and proper opening and closing movement and operation as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of damaged, jammed and rusted steel windows by replacement of old hinges with new MS box hinges, cutting/ grinding of bent and deformed z sections, replacing rusted z sections in shutters with new ones, i/c all labour,T & P, welding charges for taking out and refixing window shutters, making good the damage to adjacent walls with plaster, paint etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
