SITC of DX Split unit with minimum 7 kW cooling capacity at 40 °C ambient temperature. The room temperature to be maintained is between 15-25 °C. The outdoor unit shall contain Hermitically or semi-hermetically sealed scroll-type compressors. The refrigerant shall be R404a/R407c. The unit shall be controlled by a digital cold room temperature controller and electrical control panel as a single unit with temperature display designed to manage refrigeration compressors, defrost cycles, and evaporator fans. The controller shall have safety protections against high/low pressures and power faults. The rate shall include the required length of interconnecting Cu pipe and wire between each Indoor and Outdoor unit. CPVC drain pipe of suitable size with 19mm thermal insulation, nylon wrapping and anti-fungicidal canvas coating connecting drain lines from indoor to floor sump with appropriate insulation. Platforms for Outdoor units shall be built with vibration isolator pads. The Indoor and Outdoor unit cabinets should be made of PCGI casing, and the Outdoor unit should be IP65 rated. All electrical works, including cabling from the nearest DB, Isolators, cable trays, etc are under the scope of the contractor and shall be as per Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate guidelines. Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units work shall include all necessary works, including civil works and structural works. Indoor unit shall be hung from a fabricated steel structural member and not from RPUF panel. Also, the platform for outdoor units shall be in the scope of the contractor. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all such charges.

SITC of Wall and Ceiling Insulation panels. Pre-fabricated panels with RPUF of a minimum density of 40kg/m3 should be used. It should have heat conductivity less than 0.021 W/m°C at 10°C as per IS 661:2000. The panel shall be of 80mm thickness. The material used to sandwich RPUF should be PPGI sheets of 0.5mm thickness. Panel-to-panel locks shall be cam-lock with tongue and groove assembly. Corner panels should be used for corners. The wall-to-ceiling joinery shall be held using flashing from inside and outside. All joints should be silicon-sealed. The panel should have grooves for increased strength. RPUF material should strictly adhere to the IS standard 661. The panels shall have Fire self-extinguishing/Fire-resistance/ Fire retardant properties.

SITC of sliding door for the cold room. The door should be of 80mm thickness. RPUF sandwiched between PPGI grooved sheets should be used. The door should have a kick plate at the bottom. An airtight, heavy-duty sealing sweep gasket below the door with a double sweep. Safety systems such as a safety release knob inside should be provided. The door should have a vacuumed vision panel of size 300 mm*300 mm. The dimension of the door opening is 1.5m*2.2m (W*H)

SITC of sliding door for the cold room. The door should be of 80mm thickness. RPUF sandwiched between PPGI grooved sheets should be used. The door should have a kick plate at the bottom. An airtight, heavy-duty sealing sweep gasket below the door with a double sweep. Safety systems such as a safety release knob inside should be provided. The door should have a vacuumed vision panel of size 300 mm*300 mm. The dimension of the door opening is 2.0m*2.5m (W*H)

SITC of Automatic Rolling shutter of size 2.5 mts width x 3 mts height. All electrical works, including cabling from the nearest DB, are under the scope of the contractor.

SITC of Air curtain for the Rolling shutter opening of 2.5 mts width x 3 mts height. The air curtain shall completely cover the entire opening width. The body shall be MS powder-coated. The air curtain shall operate automatically based on sensors when the door is open. The rate shall be inclusive of sensors and wiring.

SITC of heavy-duty inflatable dock shelter, complete with inflatable top and side seals, blower, control panel, supporting frame, electrical connections and all required accessories. The shelter shall accommodate truck/container widths from 1,200 mm to 2,800 mm and overall truck heights from 3,100 mm to 4,300 mm, measured from external ground level (not the finished floor level). The supporting frame for the dock seal shall be fabricated from adequately sized structural steel sections, painted with a suitable corrosion-resistant coating, and horizontal and vertical members securely anchored to the building structure. The manufacturer shall select the overall dimensions and inflatable-element travel to suit the specified vehicle range and submit shop drawings, structural details and anchoring arrangements for approval. All electrical works, including cabling from the nearest DB, are under the scope of the contractor.

SITC of vapour proof LED Batten lights of 40W- minimum IP65 rated

SITC of a digital Temperature-cum-Relative Humidity Data Logger suitable for continuous monitoring of cold rooms. The unit shall measure temperature over a minimum range of –30°C to +70°C with an accuracy of ±0.5°C or better and relative humidity from 0–100% RH with an accuracy of ±3% RH or better. The logger shall have a user-adjustable recording interval and shall be capable of recording at intervals of 10 minutes or shorter. It shall have sufficient internal memory to retain at least 30 days of readings at a 10-minute interval. The logger shall transmit data automatically through Wi-Fi, Ethernet or 4G/LTE cellular communication with suitable network fallback to a secure cloud-based or central monitoring platform. The system shall provide real-time viewing, historical trends, downloadable PDF/CSV reports and configurable high/low temperature and RH alarms through email, SMS or mobile application. Recorded data shall also be locally downloadable through USB or equivalent interface whenever network connectivity is unavailable. The system shall include sensors, communication gateway/SIM-enabled modem where required, cloud/software access, mounting accessories, power supply, minimum eight-hour battery backup, cabling from the nearest DB, configuration, testing and commissioning. The quoted rate shall include minimum 7-year cloud connectivity and data charges, calibration certificate, user training, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
