REPAIR MAINT OF CRANE STREET LIGHTS, HIGH MAST LIGHTS, DG SET, GLOW SIGN BOARD AND OTHER IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR EM INSTALLATION AT KANKINARA AREA UNDER GE (N) KOLKATA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable,foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No-1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting hard standing/ road for laying of cable and filling with PCC (1:3:6) of size not less than 30 cm X 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down worn out/ damaged/partly serviceable / unserviceable PVC insulated cable, armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100 volt grade from pole / wall / pipes / roof tops /trenches etc,testing,segregating and kepping in safe castody the serviceable portion for reuse and depositing remaining to the stores complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, commissioning, testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct / trenches, fixed to pole, wall/roof and make good including cable glands required size of aluminium thimble for making connection complete of size 6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 above but of size 10 sq mm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 7 above, but 25 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay sub class 'B' bricks, laid dry in trenches for cable protection laid with its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the cable axis complete all as specified and directed

All as Item No. 11 above but laying only (serviceable Bricks, obtained from above item no 6 shall be reused) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron pipe in 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable laid in trenches / fixed to pole with MS clamp,nut, bolt etc complete with all fitting such as socket or any other item required for fixing of pipe including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS clamp, nut,bolt etc required for fixing the pipe with pole shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

All as per Item No. 13 above but for size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of unserviceable street light fitting on attending complaints after taking down from poles by means of disconnecting all connections, unscrewing from bracket, repair/replacing damaged connectors/wiring cables/drivers and refixing the same on the pole after make it serviceable, connecting all cable connections including depeosite to MES store the unserviceable light fiiting which can not be rapair at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts like connectors, Drivers will be measured and paid under relavent items here-in-after.

Materila and labour for repairing of unserviceable post top lantern/garden light on attending complaints after taking down from post by means of disconnecting all connections, unscrewing from post fixing arrangement, repair/replacing damaged connectors/wiring cables/drivers and refixing the same on the pole after make it serviceable, connecting all cable connections including depeosite to MES store the unserviceable light fiiting which can not be rapair at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts like connectors, Drivers will be measured and paid under relavent items here-in-after.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP 65, inside dimension 182x180x111 mm with provision of connector/terminal for cable 16 sqmm size to be fixed on pole/ wall with suitable size of clamp, nut bolts and washer made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced including taking down old unserviceable junction box with mild steel work complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repair 2 run, PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded cable with copper conductor 2.5 sqmm and 1 run 2.5sqmm drawn through and including conduit pipe and clamping with alumiium strip 25 x2 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Erection of single Swan neck steel tubular swaged welded poles 8.5 metr long conforming to IS-2317/1980 type 410 SP-22 complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, zebra painting upto 1.5 mtr height in yellow and black colour strips in alternate layers of 150mm width complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Earth work and PCC work for base and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old damaged PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only flood light of any wattage including all fixing arrangement required to fixed on pole/ wall / surface with suitable size of fixing items suc as clamps, nut bolts and washer of suitable size connecting with existing electric supply with three run of 1.5 sqmm single core copper conductor cable with flexible PVC conduit including taking down old any type of light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note: Flood light fittings will be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Fixing only post top lantern of any wattage including all fixing arrangement complete for fixing light on wall with suitable fixing arrangement and connecting light with three core flexible cable of suitable size including taking out old light any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Post top lantern light fittings will be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Fixing only LED bollard of any wattage including suitable size of fixing items such as clamps, nut bolts and washer of suitable size including PCC base of suitable size for fixing and connecting with existing electric supply with suitable size of flexible cable three core copper conductor with flexible PVC conduit including taking down old any type of light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bollard light fittings will be issued under sch.B free for fixing.

Material and labour for street light fitting bracket, made out of 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade of length not less than 1.20 mtr, 45 degree bend to shape and fixed on pole with 2nos FI clamps of 40x5mm of suitable length made shape of pole , bolts, nuts & washers including taking out old unserviceable bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for painting to Steel Tubular poles from the ground level with one coat black bituminous paint up to a height of 1.50 m and zebra painting upto 1.5 mtr height in yellow and black colour strps in alternate layers of 150mm width complete and balance portion up to top with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Approx height of pole:7.50m above ground).

Dismantling of existing unserviceabe steel pole/ concrete pole and taking into credit Schedule and removal of unwanted materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel " letters sign board reflector type, plain blue ACP sheet on 40 mm Stainless steel grade 304 ,frame ,and 50 mm post SS 304 grade and painting and finishes incl taking down old old glow sign board form existing site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation for post hole (30x30x50 cm)and filling with concrete PCC 1 :3:6, Size of SS frame 970 Cm x 650 cm ,stand post hieght 2.4 mtr are included in quoted rate.

Note: (i) The work under this item comprises of matter/ drawing by computer as required for location, art work on planner machine and inkjet print 720 to 2800 DPI.

Material & Labour for aluminium anodized equal angle of size not less than 25X25X0.80 mm thick fixed to corners of front side of glow sign board for fixing of vinyl sheet or of any description including fixing with GI machine screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plain galvanized iron sheet 0.32mm thick, zink coated both side and making glow sign board including necessary turning up for corners etc and necessary decoration as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Attending break down of EOT crane any capacity for the complaints of mechanical, checking and finding the faults, rectifying the defects, replacement of minor spares like lugs, bolt & nuts, gaskets etc and making the EOT crane in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed.
