Disconnecting the transformer from HT and LT side cable lowering down from the bed, dragging to loading site , loading in private load carrier using channels, chain pulley blocks etc. then shifting to workshop and un-loading of same at workshop for necessary repairs.

Opening the lid of the transformer draining the carbonized transformer oil detaching the core assembly from bush rods and other clamps taking out the core assembly by means of chain pulley block and checking and assessing the damages. The job includes all costs of skilled labour,tools and tackles as required for carrying the job in the workshop

Providing, fabrication and fitting of fresh HT coils as per the sample out of aluminum wire. (12 coils @ 03kg/coil approximately =36kg.)

Providing, fitting of insulation material such as card board, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, core sheets, gasket, sleeves, nuts and bolts etc. The job also includes varnishing and heat treatment of coils for removing any moisture in the coils.

Providing and filling of fresh HT transformer oil as per approved IEC grade. The existing T.Oil is highly carbonated, contaminated with moisture and a minimum of forty Litres T.Oil has be retrieved after Filtration process and will have to be returned to site Engineer for its utilization for topping of LT Electric gadgets installed at various Lift Irrigation Schemes under the jurisdiction of this Sub Division.

Providing, fitting of HT Aluminium bush rod, bush cups complete with ceramic insulators.

Back carriage of transformer in private load carrier through skilled labour, tools and tackles upto site, unloading at site and assembling HT/LT connections and testing on full load.

Deducting the cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of S.no 03.
