Special Eligibility Criteria

   The eligibility criteria shall be governed by PCEE letter No. SWR/EL/T-608 (Passenger Amenities) dated 05.07.2021 for provision of lifts and the offered equipment/firm shall fully comply with the relevant RDSO specification No. RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev 2)-2025.    The firm should have an experience of Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of minimum 50 nos. of passenger elevator to government agencies/PSUs including Indian Railway. The firm should have service centers with qualified technical engineers in at-least 20 cities in India. The firm should have maintained at least 50 nos. of elevator- years under annual maintenance contract with different government agencies/PSUs including Indian Railway in last three and current financial years. The similar work here shall be defined as Design, Manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of passenger elevators at Railway stations or Metro stations or Airports or any other Central/State Govt. controlled/owned Public Transport, Railway service buildings or in any office buildings/Hospitals of Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs of Central or State Govt.

   Tenderer has to upload attested supporting documents/certificates from the organization with whom they have satisfactorily completed the works. The details should also be submitted in format as per Annexure C(i),C(ii) & C(iii) enclosed with tender along with their offer. The tenderer should submit the proof of successful completion of AMC in form of certificate from the organization where AMC was successfully carried out.

   The firm should have Electrical Contractor license & Electrical supervisor license as per IE rules 1956 clause 45 in their own name or in the name of their representative involved in execution of the work for which firm to attach necessary document

    Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

    The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

    Vendors must submit their bills for stock items online through IREPS only with immediate effect. No manual bills will be accepted for payment.

Commercial-Compliance

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email lD). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser of the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter zero for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Purchase Preference is applicable as per clause 22 of SWR general conditions of tenders For supply contract document.

   Bidders should confirm following certificate for Compliance. (a) I have read the clause 32 of Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country and will not subcontract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with the Law. (Bidders confirming this certificate for Compliance shall select Yes in the Complied column. However, in case you do not confirm above certificate for Compliance, select NO in the complied column. In such cases you are required to submit the certificate for Compliance as per Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract along-with their Bid/Offer.

Part-I dtd. 30.07.2020 issued by the Director, Depot of Public Enterprises,Gol; I/we hereby certify that I/we are not from such a country and are eligible to be considered b) In case the bidder is from a country which shares land border with India , the following confirmation to be provided by the bidder:- I/we have been registered with the Competent Authority as mentioned in the above Govt. Order dtd. 23.07.2020.
