Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications and using bitumen at the rate of 0.50 Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 95 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 114 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade New work (three or more coats)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish,lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m : All kinds of soil

Carriage of materials by Manual labour including loading,unloading and stacking for lead less than 0.50 KM (a) Earth

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading ,unloading and stacking upto 1.00 Km. (a) Lime / moorum /building rubbish etc

Supplying and Laying locally available earth of approved quality brought from within a lead of 5 KM to be laid in layers and required camber/slope including watering dressing consolidating with power road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity all complete as directed by Engineer-Incharge.

Supply & installation of Cast Iron (CI) Collars, of 330 mm dia of following height, 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except top surface, which is 15mm thick with 220 mm opening on top & Bottom, with 6 Nos. M 10 tapped hole on top and 6 nos. through holes at bottom to pass M-10 bolts at 260 mm PCD to fix on existing transformer housing boxes already installed at site including installation of collar on existing transformer housing box with M 10 size SS bolt, washer, gasket etc and all round 150 mm width cement concrete of 1:2:4, with top finished slope as per specification, etc complete as required 75 mm height

Supply & installation of Cast Iron (CI) Collars, of 330 mm dia of following height, 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except top surface, which is 15mm thick with 220 mm opening on top & Bottom, with 6 Nos. M 10 tapped hole on top and 6 nos. through holes at bottom to pass M-10 bolts at 260 mm PCD to fix on existing transformer housing boxes already installed at site including installation of collar on existing transformer housing box with M 10 size SS bolt, washer, gasket etc and all round 150 mm width cement concrete of 1:2:4, with top finished slope as per specification, etc complete as required 100 mm height

Supply & installation of Cast Iron (CI) solid flange Collar, of 330 mm dia of 50 mm height, 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except top surface, which is 15mm thick with 220 mm opening on top & Bottom, with 6 Nos. holes of 11 mm OD at 260 mm PCD at top & bottom to pass M-10 bolts to fix on existing transformer housing boxes already installed at site including installation of collar on existing transformer housing box with M 10 x 80 mm size SS bolt, washer, gasket etc and all round 150 mm width cement concrete of 1:2:4, with top finished slope as per specification, etc complete as required

Re-Installation, Testing and Commissioning of elevated halogen type HIRL/MIRL fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including dismantling, re-installation of Light fititngs, transformer, lens, lamps and other accessories making connections, including fixing of existing M10 SS bolts complete as required.

Supply of Bi-directional elevated type high intensity Runway edge light fitting sutable for use with 200 W, 6.6 A , Halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp, lens, filters and CI base plate etc complete as required.

Supply of 200 W, 6.6A / 6.6 A isolating transformer as per specification etc complet as required.

Supply of M10x40MM SS Bolt for runway Light fittings.
