ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES AT NIT CALICUT

Notes: 1. The quoted amount shall include all consultancy fees, travel expenses, site visits, coordination meetings, preparation of drawings, estimates, tender documents, revisions, execution support and PMC services required for completion of the consultancy assignment. 2. The quoted amount will be for all the 03 works (in two packages as noted in NIEOI). For the payment purposes, the proportionate amount for each works w.r.t their individual PAC as noted in the NIEOI will be considered and as per the approved yardsticks/payment milestones (formulated along with the agreement) will be followed. 3. No separate payment shall be made for preparation of revised drawings/details within the approved project scope. 4. GST is included in the quoted amount. 5. No escalation shall be payable during the contract period. 6. The quoted rates shall remain valid till completion of the consultancy services including execution support period.
