ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES AT NIT CALICUT

Consultancy charges for providing complete Architectural Engineering and Consultancy Services for establishment of various infrastructure facilities at NIT Calicut including preparation of detailed architectural designs and drawings, interior layouts, structural drawings/details wherever required, specifications, BOQ, detailed estimates, tender documents, assistance in tendering for the selection of the execution contractor, working drawings, shop drawings, utility drawings and all required engineering details for execution of civil, interior, electrical, networking, HVAC/air conditioning, acoustic, Audio Visual and PA system works, MEP coordination and allied services for 1. (a). Renovation of Ramanuja Hall, 1.(b). Renovation of MED Seminar Hall and 2. Renovation/interior development of TBI Office Space at Mega Hostel II, including periodical site visits, technical support, coordination with user departments and other execution stage technical consultancy services as per the scope, specifications and requirements of the EOI document. Rate should be quoted so as to fulfil all the activities mentioned as scope in this NIEOI document following the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge at NITC. Quoted rate should be inclusive of all the taxes & duties including GST.
