1 Given Schedule of Rates (SOR) to be treated in conjunction with scope of work/services/supply & terms and conditions given along with enquiry documents. Owner shall have right to cancel any pipeline ILI/ line item as per the suitability of operational gas grid and same shall not be tenable to the bidder/ contractor.

2 The above prices is for the complete scope of wok /services/ supplies as defined in the bid/enquiry document. Any materials, works/services required for completion of the work as per scope but not defined in the SOR (schedule of rates), the same is deemed to be included in the quoted price as above.

3 The bidder shall quote the prices strictly as per the price bid format. Any bid not conforming to the price bid format shall be rejected.

4 The bidder shall have to quote the rates for each material/service items else bid shall be treated as non-responsive and shall not be evaluated further.

5 Rates quoted by the bidder shall remain firm and fixed till the successful completion of work and shall not be revised on any account whatsoever.

6 The bid shall be evaluated on the basis of total cost to the company.

7 If the price bid submitted by bidder elsewhere other than Price bid (SOR) stage, the bid shall not be considered for further bid evaluation and treated as rejected.

8 After price bid opening and evaluation, Reverse Auction amongst qualified bidders after eliminating H1 bidder (if 3 or less bidders qualified for RA, all bidders shall be allowed for RA) shall be carried out through e-auction portal.

9 Withholding tax shall be applicable on the entire contract value as per the prevailing rate.

10 Owner reserves the right to cancel and/or alter bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason. Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids received at its discretion, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

11 GTL reserves the right to reject any or all bid without giving any reason whatsoever.

12 In case of mixed supply, composite supply and works contract a single rate of GST shall be applicable.
