Supply, install, connecting up, testing and commissioning of out door HT 12 KV rated voltage and 11 KV operating voltage, 3 phase 50 Hz, five way Ring Main Unit Type :one fixed vacuum circuit breaker duly interlocked, comprising four load break isolator and with motorised actuators, battery charger, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear with motorized 24 volt DC battery bank and charger, protection relays, outdoor , having rated current of Ring Switch and Breaker is 630 Amp, both side extensible, copper bus bar with danger notice board, with factory made weather proof enclosure by the switchgear manufacturer. The unit shall be painted in RAL7012/7035 paint shade with following specifications and all as per the IEC 60298,IEC 60265, IEC 60129,IEC 60420,IEC 60056,IEC 60694 and as per the specification of the manufacturer.

(ii) Air insulated cable box with gland plate suitable for bottom entry of single run of 3-core cable up to 300 sqmm. (iii) Over current & Earth Fault Relay with digital display & auxiliary Power Supply. (iv) One set of current transformers for protection circuit mounted on Cable bushings / cable box of ratio 200-100/1A, 5P10, 2.5VA. (v) Capacitive Voltage Indicators with LED Display. (vi) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON-OFF-EARTH). (vi) Actuator Kit for motorized operation. (vii) Epoxy Moulded low energy Tripping Coil for tripping the circuit breaker in fault condition. (viii) Local 'PULL TO TRIP' mechanism for emergency trip. (v) External stud for earthing connections. (vi) SF6 Gas Charging facility. (vii) One set of extensible bushings future for future extension with metallic end cap cover. (viii) Provision of pressure switch wired up to the marshalling box for remote monitoring through SCADA. (ix) Battery with charger

Following switchgears shall include:- HT side: 11kV 630Amps 21kA for 3 sec. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using copper busbar of 40 x 10mm with insulated sleeve with necessary protection including Battery and charger for Motor operation of VCB. NOTE :- (i) Necessary foundation for installation of the transformer shall be provided as per manufacturer recommendation and cost of PCC (only) will be measured and paid separately (ii) Loading, unloading shifting of the transformer carefully from factory to the site by means of truck/crane is the responsibility of the contractor. Alteration If any required in the existing structure/route of shifting to install the transformer at site shall be carried out by the contractor, the same will be making good with matching to the existing structure and surface and the cost deemed to be included in the items rate quoted. (iii) Type test report of similar rated transformer not less than 5 years shall be produced by the contractor before placing the order with manufacturer.(iv)Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 2 mm for Load bearing member and 1.5 m for Non Load bearing member. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Powder Coated (Colour Light Grey & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV and LV compartment (v) Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using Copper busbar of 40 x 10 mm with insulated sleeve. & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using copper Bus bar with insulated sleeve. Internal earthing connections by using 32 X 6 Cpper strips including Transformer Neutral.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of APFC panel factory made 300 kVAR,with 6 step (1x100 + 3 x 50 + 2 x 25) auto switching, indoor, bottom cable entry floor mounted with Heavy duty MPP capacitor non compartmentalised, suitable APFC relay . The Panel shall be made up of CRCA steel sheet , 2 mm thickness, powder coated as per RAL 7032 with suitable size MCCB 4 pole 25 KA for all incoming of CAP banks, CTs, digital meters, phase indicating lamp, suitable aluminium bus bar with support, cooling fan, O/L and S/C protection, suitable rated relay, etc with following specifications :- (a) Type of capacitors = Super heavy duty square type of 415 volts. (b) MCCB, 4 pole, 50 kA,adjustable type with O/L and S/C protection of 630 Amp = 01 No as incoming. (c) Phase indicating lamp = 01 Set, (d) Digital VAF meter = 01 No, (e) APFC Relay : = 01 No, (f) CTs 700/5 Amp, CI 1.0, 10 VA = 03 Nos (g) Sensing of suitable capacity with control cable shall be provided by the contractor

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or porcelain insulators or recess or chases or buried on ground or drawn in GI pipe 40mm dia or fixed with poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required using galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete all as directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel upto a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and throating all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar to concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator over the HT cables made out of cast iron block of size 15 x 10 cm and thickness 10mm fixed with MS strip of size 32 x4 mm upto length 75mm and marked with 'MES HT cable 150 / 185 / 300 sqmm' or LOOP OF HT CABLE 150 / 185 / 300 sqmm' as required on cast iron block including PCC and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for laying pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning fitting in soil including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for River sand filling in trenches for cushioning of HT cables punning after filling complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made, class ,HV , Type I as per IS -5820 with flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.
