Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section. 12.5 mm thick tapered edge Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) board conforming to IS: 2095-(Part 3):1996 (Boards with BIS certification marks) DSR 12.45.4

Providing and Fixing of Wall Panelling of Pre-laminated medium density fibre board iS: 145871998 marked, with one side decorative laminates other side balancing lamination Grade exterior grade) in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required edges to be sealed with PVC edge bending top 200mm thick of approved brand (httings to be paid separately) Pre-laminated with decorative lamination one and other side balancing lamination exterior Grade 1 MDF Board 25mm thick conforming to DSR 26.24.1

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (premium vertified tiles) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. SOR 11.41

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) 30 mm thick DSR 26.87.1

Painting wood work with Enamel paint Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture DSR 13.48.2

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick shutters for cup board etc. Panelled or panelled & glazed shutters Second class teak wood including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. piano hinges with necessary screws. DSR 9.16.1.2

Supply and Fixing of Projector and Projector Screen etc complete.
