CWE/HILLS/PGH/13 OF 2023-2024 REPAIR TO ROADS/ PATH, ROAD FURNITURE, ROAD PROTECTIVE WORKS SUCH AS DRAINAGE AND RETAINING WALL AT 7A, 7C AND 7D AREA AT MIL STN PITHORAGARH UNDER GE PITHORAGARH

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm deep and surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with srushed granite or trap of basalt stones aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) for the first layer and of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) for the second layer, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 3 here-in-before but except material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade (VG-10) at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 65/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iv) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade (VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cum of stone chippings (0.28 cum of 12.5mm size and 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 kg of binder VG-10, laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and sealed with premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, VG-10 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premixed carpet shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for for painting lines, dashes, arrows letter, marking etc of 3mm thick film on new surface or previously treated road surface with hot applied retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white/ golden/ yellow) confirming to MORTH (clause 803.4) with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arregment upto 160 °C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F circular polycarbonate convex mirror 600 mm dia with mild steel pipe of adequate size for fixing of mirror including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (150 x 150 x 300mm) or as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 245mm x 730mm x 70mm, black and yellow in colour with reflectors on both sides complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Ends of speed bumps assembly to be protected with end piece)

S&F triangular in shape road side sign board for road bumps of standard size as approved as per IRC 67-2012 table 14.3 for vehicle speed less than 50km/hr with GI frame work to mount on GI square pipe of size 80mm x 80mm x 8mm inclduing embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (150 x 150 x 300mm) or as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and direceted.

S&F retro reflective signage board sheets one sided made up of 3 mm thick ACP sheet face to be fully covered with high density encapsulated type activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM D 4956-01 in blue or silver white colour combination including subject matters message symbols borders and drawing etc with high intensity grade as approved by GE pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing and fixing the sheet with steel frame work with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets complete all as specified and direceted.

S&F stainless steel pipe 32 mm dia of grade 202 medium as in framed work such as sign boards/ railing etc including all necessary welding, drilling or revetting, brackets, stopers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia of grade 202 medium as in framed work such as sign boards/ railing etc including all necessary welding, drilling or revetting, brackets, stopers and including embedding the same in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 below ground level size of PCC (450x450x600mm) including excavation in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and piggment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete type C-21, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors for levelling course on existing cleaned surface etc for laying paver blocks, chequered tiles etc finished rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L for factory made precast concrete kerb stone of type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in CM 1:6 including taking out existing broken stone with necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new kerb stone surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, laid in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing percast cment concrete bonders (for stone walling) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling (Except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rakign out joints/ pointing built in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses, washing the joints and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, un coursed or brought upto courses CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;m ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and direceted.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner grith complete all as specified and directed.
