Rendering of service for complete construction of Swimming pool support building:- Design & Construction of RCC Framed Swimming Pool Support building with 385 Sqm area comprising Changing Room(12.5M x 9.0M), Plant room(12.0M X 9.0M), Electrical Room(5.0M X 3.0M), Store room(5.0m x 5.0 m), Pump room (6.0M X 2.6 M) and toilets(1.5M X 2.2M),Office (7.0m x 3.50m), VIP Setting area (9.0m x 3.0 m) and common corridor (3.5m x 15.5m) including Internal and external Electrification Sanitary installation, plumbing fitting and soil testing, design and vetting of Design preferably from Design Directorate J&K UT, IIT/ NIT only. Services include as under:- Levelling of site:- E/work in bulk/Trench excavation, PCC drain, Protection walls, as per site requirement and plinth protection of the building. Structure:- RCC framed structure as per Design. Foundation and plinth:- RCC. Superstructure:- RCC Columns, beams, lintel, and Brick work in 1:6 mix. Doors & windows:- Frames of Sal wood and shutters both glazed/wire gauze of 2nd class deodar wood with 12mm thick pannel board for doors including standard fixtures of good quality, two coats of each primer and painting (glazing 4mm). With M.S grill of require pattern, and steel railing on stairs, ramp, verandha and where ever required. Aluminium frames with 5mm thick glass for other openings where ever needed. Roofing:- RCC slab as per design. With water proofing coba on slab, height of ceiling as per national building code minnimum = 3.60m Flooring:- Vitrified floor tile for rooms and cooridoors, antiskid tile for ramp and Ceramic tiles in bathrooms floors/ walls, Walls tile in bathroom upto 6'0'' height of wall and in rooms/verandha wall tile height upto 4'0'' of standard quality (Kajaria, somany,Orient or equivalent as per directions of Engineer-in charge) over 75mm M7.5 concrete and Granite in stairs/steps. Outside footpath with PCC base and 60mm thick paver block tile of area 50.00 Sqm. Plinth protection all around the building.Finishing:- The building shall be plastered with 12mm thick cement mortar inside/outside and finishing the plaster surface with wall puty 2mm thick and 2 coats of oil bound washable distemper on inner side and outer surface with acrylic smooth exterior paint, all exposed steel shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint.Water supply/Sanitary fitting:- All the fittings shall be provided with the standard fittings and shall be connected with the proper disposal system. The C.P fittings/ vitreous chainaware shall be standard quality (hindware, jaquar, Cera or equivalent as per direction of Engineer in charge) connected with C.I, G.I Pipes of approved quality.(including construction of RCC Sump tank 10000 ltrs,over head tank 4000 Ltrs, Septic tank, soakage pit and Sewer line) Complete job Electrifications:- All the rooms in the building shall be provided with essential electric lighting and heating system with minimum points as per the requirement including earthing and service line. All the electric PVC/Steel conduit pipes shall be provided as per the standard specifications (Havell, Anchor or equivalent) including fixing of all necessary electrical units interior as well as exterior supply.

Fixing 564 Sqm Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick on Deck area jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The Swimming Pool shall be covered with 876 Sqm Plan roof area covered with 6mm thick polycarbonated roof sheet including framed Arched type truss with adequate provision for ventilation of fumes generated by chlorination as per the uploaded drawings Construction of 150 mtr RCC drain around the boundary wall. Construction of 130 mtr Brick masonary Boundary wall with height 1.50m
