Note for Item No. 101 & 102:- (a) If Contractor not produced CTE before commencing the work, 50% of work done shall be made reserved and will be released after submitting the CTE certificate from GPCB for 1.2 MLD STP. (b) If Contractor not produced CTO certificate after completion the work,10% of Work done shall be made reserved and will be released after submitting the CTO certificate from GPCB for 1.2 MLD STP and SPHs.
