Brickwork with Cement Flyash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm(1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm(5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing vetrified tiles in floors,treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
