Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil for laying of pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting/dismantling of bitumin road/RCC floor etc for laying / passing under ground pipes up to 30cm depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick in cut/dismantled portion of road and making good after laying/passing the pipes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of size 25mm dia ,including cleaning for re fixing,removal to store or credit to contractor complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Water meter suitable for 50mm bore CI flanged water pipes after testing the meter as per kerala water authority norms including taking down unserviceable water meter from existing position complete all as specified and as directed ( Note: Cost of testing charges deemed to included the rate quoted for item)

M&L for appyling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of brick masonry sluice valve chamber of inner dimentions 900x900x900 mm with 23 cm thick brick masonry wall in CM 1:4, PCC base in 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 7.5 cm thick, plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 both inner & outer face of brick masonry,7.5 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) coping,angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm size with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet chamber cover single opening arrangements with lock system,all as ditected including painting the steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic ename paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surface including demolition of existing chamber and MS cover and iron frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Sluice valve/NRV/water meter chamber of any size/depth by taking out mud and muddy water and depositing the same to a distance n. exc 20 meter from the pit including swiping, free from any type of dirt including rectification of the leakage of valve/meter of any size with cotton rope,glands,nuts,bolts of appropriate size incl white wash on the complete surface of valve pit all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Clearing the areas by cutting bushes, grass, small trees (girth not exceeding 30 cm) at locations of UG sump/OHT area, valve chamber area and surrounding of pipe lines, including removing the debries from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr etc complete all as directed.

M&L for repair/maint/servicing of pressure filter of capacity 28 Cum/hr by draining out complete water and remove all the filter media (sand & pebbles) and cleaning the internal surfaces and applying one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and re-assemble the filter media after duly washing/cleaning with fresh water complete incl testing and commissioning (Quarts sand will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for renewal of Quarts sand in two grades in the filter of size 6/3mm complete all a s specified and as directed.

M&L for renewal of Quarts sand in two grades in the filter of size 16/30mm complete all as specified and as directed.
