Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster/tile work on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L for prepration of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square area n. exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

Demolition of PCC/terrazo floor in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level including tiles stone flooring etc.

M & L for surface preparation and treating of joints, filling of honey combs and providing 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with WPC over roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC (If ordered by Engineer-in-Charge) in roof surfaces surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down existing treatment (membrane) including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application, shall be laid over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer and applying aluminium reflective paint over it complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through original manufacturer or authorised applicator only.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 20 mm bore GI tubing.

S&F in repair medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floors for 20 mm bore GI tubing.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grill, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and /or riveted or tonged into spikes, frame guard bars barrel iron doors, ladders, frame balusters, walk ways, railing. Frame work of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete as specified and directed

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

S & F in repair 500 Ltrs capacity Rotational moulded, polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical shape with vertical top closed) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I complete

M&L dismantling existing tank refixing the same including cleaning of water storage tank capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, mechanically using pressure pump with disinfectant chemical including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from existing tanks, mouths of circulating pipes and outer surface of any description & washing down in the manner. Note: Date of cleaning to be mentioned in each tank with suitable paint & the cost of the same to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for water proofing treatment on chajja/ facia including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation and treating of construction joints, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (Cement: Sand : smart care multipurpose polymer of Asian Paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger (b) Cleaning the surface and applying (Resin & Hardner) smart care Epoxy Primer 2k of Make Asian paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger ) on the cleaned surface for bonding of PU magnum with the existing concrete surface. (c) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Terrace area with Asian Paints Smart care PU magnum, single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger) including all necessary surface preparation, coving using smart care multipurpose polymer, water pond test, etc. complete as per manufacture's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of 250% elongation .

S&F 20 mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete scrwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal gate valve iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm bore complete all as specified in SSR part-I & II and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
