Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators. sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls. floors etc to match with the existing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1. 5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH) sheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable in PVC casing and caping of suitable size and including 2mm thick MS sheet pressed terminal box (concealed) with 3mm thick laminated hylam top cover/sunken box with modular cover plate/PVC box as per requirement at site including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH) multistranded copper conductor earth continuity wire for one light/fan point controlled by one 5 Amp switch on independent board all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Red/yellow/blue coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

All as per item No.2 above, but one bell point controlled by one bell push on independent board.

The contractor should prepare a register and enter qtr number with signature of occupant and submit to Engineer-in-Charge. 3. Checking of all fans and DBs in a qtr at a time shall be considered as one job.

Attending complaints for checking of existing items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of fuse, small pieces of wires etc, carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, nuts,bolts, screws of switches, sockets, switch boards, fuse, replacefuse wire, providing small pieces of wires, making joints and covering with plasitc tape, minor repairs to ceiling fans/exhaust fans, cleaning and oiling etc as required to make the electrical items/appliances fully functional during all days any time including Sundays and Holidays by deploying a team of two Electrician/Wireman of skilled category alongwith two helpers of unskilled category (having mobile phone provided by contractor) including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Replacement of electrical fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Number of complaints may vary daily and shall be as required basis. (c) The skilled worker shal be holding certificate in the trade of Electrical/Wiring from ITI or equivalent and having 5 years experience.Helpers shall be at least metric pass with two years experience in the field of Electrical Engineering works/wiring etc. (d) Complaints shall be notified to the contractor on phone and he shall be responsible for attending it within 2 hours and complation report given to the Engineer-in-Charge. (e) In case of failure on the part of contractor for not attending complaints or absence of any team member, a penalty @ Rs.500/- per complaint/Rs.1000/- per each team member will be recovered from the contractor.
