Preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre

Bituminous Concrete 30 mm thick (Providing, Carting and laying of bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ min. 5.4 % of mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a self-propelled paving machine equipped with an electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with 8-10 tonne static weight or vibratory roller or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight to achieve the desired compaction as per approved design mix. for Grading- II (13.2 mm nominal size) As per MoRTH 5th Revision. Note:- In case the minimum binder content is reduced proportionately to achieve the optimum binder content, then the amount/rate reduction due to difference in binder content will be recovered from the BC item. Also no extra payment will be paid if the binder content will be more than specified minimum binder content of 5.4%.

Providing and laying Asphalt painting on B.T. surface immediately after laying work complete with all respect, using bitumen grade 60/70 (VG-30) @ rate of 5 kg/10 smt by Mechanical sprayer and spreading the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cum/10 smt. and rolling with smooth wheeled and penumatic roller and brushing etc. comp.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paintswith reflectorising glass beads on bitumin surfaceproviding and laying a hot applied thermoplasticcompound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glassbeads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm isexcluding of surface applied glass beds as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform andfree from streaks and holes. zebra patta /bump pattalane/center line/ edge line/cut patta. The white colormarking should provide liminance coefficinet oncemend road shalll be min 130 mcd/m2/lux andAsphalt road shall be min 100 mcd/m2/lux during theservice life during the day time. The marking should meet the performance criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance as mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35-2015.

Excavating over areas, n exc. 1.5m deep and getting out (For Patch Work)

Removing excavated material and depositing where directed (upto 1.5 km)including spreading, levelling, watering,rolling etc. as per Instructions of E.I.C.

Rolling of Earth Work in layers with power roller includingspreading of earthwork and filling in depressions whichoccurs during the process. (For Patch Work)

Construction of granular Sub base (Supply and Laying) using crusher run, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per tender specification.
