Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surpius excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling C.I./DI pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into block including stacking of pipes & lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete. including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. single equal branch, oval access door, collars, "P" or "S" trap etc., with clamps at 1.20 metre spacing.
