Operation & maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installations involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to compliants/faults/breakdowns and making rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems installed at Terminal Building, Hanger Building, Cargo, Admin Bulding, parkings, city side, pump house area, street light, high masts, apron edge light etc. including preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentations etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions coverd under this contract on all days in three shift including sundays and holidays as per special conditions of contract. The minimum manpower (10 Nos.) should be deployed as per special condition of contract.

Providing 01 Supervisor having computer knowledge as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

Rewinding with copper winding wire including taking of old burnt out wire as credit to contractor of following type motor including connections, testing and commissioning & transportation etc. Complete as required. 5 HP, 3 Phase 415 Volt Motor, All Speed

Replacement of existing 15 Watt round shape downlighter LED recess fittings by new fittings including supply, installation, testing & commissioning suitable for indoor application having minimum lumen output 1500 lumen and made out of CRCA sheet with acrylic diffuser, mounting clamps complete with LEDs driver, surge protection system and compliance with LM 80 & LM 79 etc. including nut, bolt, bracket etc. complete as required.

Replacement of existing LED flood light fitting by new LED flood light fitting of 80 watt including supply, installation, testing & commissioning suitable for outdoor application &f lumen not less than 8800 Lumen suitable for mounting on existing pole/wall/surface/canopy alongwith pressure die cast housing and heat shrink in aluminium extrusion, driver, lenses, surge protection system, mounting bracket, nut, bolts, etc. complete as per site requirements including dismanteling of existing flood light fitting and handing over the same to AAI Store etc. complete as required.

Replacement of existing LED street light fitting by new LED street light fitting of 80 watt including supply, installation, testing & commissioning suitable for of lumen not less than 8800 Lumen suitable for mounting on existing pole/wall/surface/canopy alongwith pressure die cast housing and heat shrink in aluminium extrusion, driver, lenses, surge protection system, mounting bracket, nut, bolts, etc. complete as per site requirements including dismanteling of existing flood light fitting and handing over the same to AAI Store etc. complete as required.

Supply of 6 Sq. mm PVC insulated & PVC Sheathed Stranded copper conductor single core airfield lighting cable of 5 KV grade conforming to IS 1554 Part-II with upto date amendments as required and conforming to particular specifications.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5 HP electronic submersible pump control panel having features of dry run, overload, auto switch protect against phase failure and reverse phasing, short circuit protection etc. suitable to operate on 3 Phase 415 Volt, 50 Hz ac supply etc. complete as per site requirement.

Execution of Works as per CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018 items of total value for Rs 400000/- as and when required. Note for Contractor: For 10 % above Contractor shall quote 400000+10%=Rs 440000/- Similarly 10 % below Contractor shall quote 400000-10%=Rs 360000/-
