Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Grouting of stay rods (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per RESSPO Norms

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place. ( Rate as per site due to heavy tree branches cuttung, loading ,carriage and unloading of tree branches from work site to forest department site store/office)

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per RESSPO Norms

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) of Double cable by digging pit & making trench in Proper size(1.2M depth x1M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝)on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable.Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks/ HDD Method as per site required.

Laying of 33KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3.5 m long Complete work.

Fabrication work of PCC 9 Mtr for different crossing work in construction of line as per required by 33 KV Top channel with all clamps after providing etc complete work work.

Dismentling of existing 11 KV V-xarm/ top channel on existing poles and fitting of new side arm on existing poles & Shifting of Existing 11 KV line/LT Line on ACSR weasal/Dog Conducter by safe dismentling of ACSR weasal/Dog Conducter & Re-Stringing of ACSR weasal/Dog Conducter on shifted poles/side arm with complete work after providing all required materials for shifting.

Shifting of Existing single Poles of HT/LT lines for providing passage for 33 KV line Tikadavri/Chilkahar by safe dismentling of existing single pole & Re-Erection of existing poles with complete work after providing side -arm with all accessories etc complete work after providing all required materials for above work.
