Construction of a Designer bamboo Gazebo and Nursery at North Campus of the Mandi

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in built or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sites & ramming of bottoms within all lead & lift including getting out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead. All kind of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion). Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete: as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Design, supply, fabrication and erection of Turnkey Bamboo Gazebo of 25 sqm roof plan area, with a minimum height above ground level of 4.00 m at along the ridge, minimum 3.0 m at front or sides. The structure shall consist of bamboo columns, designer bamboo roof with bamboo strip (min 5mm thick) shingle along with good quality water proofing treatment for roofing as per the approved design. The gazeboo shall have celling made with bamboo strips, including ralling made with bamboo. the rate shall be inclusive of necessary weather proof paint or varnish, civil work, transport, loading, unloading and erection charges etc. All the bamboo used for the construction will be treated bamboo against attack of termites and borers as per IS 9096:2006.The warranty for the structure will be 5 year and maintenance for the structure upto 03 year form the date of the completion of work. Note: 01, The payment shall be made on the basis of the floor area and ground floor plinth (no payment shall be be made on roof area). 02, The item also includes the submission of stability reports duly examined and issued by any NIT/IIT. The scope includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement at site as described above as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.
