Masonry common bricks in C.M. 1:4, including 15 mm cement plaster, M.S. shutters, Doors, Windows, with oil bound washable distemper internal & external surface with all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Providing, erecting, testing and commissioning Sewage Submersible pump for STP of 3.0 MLD capacity of Non Clog type for Sewage water (3 sets 2W + 1S) of 7.5 HP. MS Dismantling Joint, Knife Gate Valves PN-10 /16 rated, Air Valve, C.I/DI.D/F Reflex valves, Butterfly valves and Sluice valves. Providing electrical power connection of 160 kVA to STP 1 of 3 MLD site including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL

Design and Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density. Bituminous road + bituminous macadm + pre-mix carpet for STP of 3.0 MLD capacity as per specification as directions of Engineer-in-Charge & directed by the employer.

Design and Construction of single storied Electrical Panel & Office Building of plinth area as per Drawing and Specification for STP of 3.0 MLD capacity. The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation, roof, external finish, internal electrification and all other associated works, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design and Construction of brick Security Room and MS Gate with RCC frame for STP of 3.0 MLD capacity of as per Drawing & Specification. The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation,roof, external finish, and all other associated works. RCC framed MS gate having locking arrangement, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer). The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation, Super-roof and Parapet, external finish, sanitary installation, internal water supply works, internal electrification and all other associated works, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design & Construction of Barb wire fencing for STP of 3.0 MLD capacity of height (above GL) as per requirement of the site condition and 315 RM length all complete, as directions of Engineer-in-Charge & directed by the employer.

Design and Construction of Community Level Soak Pit System at ward no- 5 for the sewerage generation of populations 1324 nos with Screen Chamber, Settling Tank, Soak Pit as per the standard engineering practice outlined in the CPHEEO Manual and IS 2470 & all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design and Construction of Community Level Soak Pit System at ward no- 11 for the sewerage generation of populations 2082 nos with Screen Chamber, Settling Tank, Soak Pit as per the standard engineering practice outlined in the CPHEEO Manual and IS 2470 & all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design and Construction of Community Level Soak Pit System at ward no- 18 for the sewerage generation of populations 1068 nos with Screen Chamber, Settling Tank, Soak Pit as per the design standard engineering practice CPHEEO Manual and IS 2470 & all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule IX: Five Year O&M (Operation and Maintenance (after completion of Capex work and trial & satisfactory commissioning of complete project)

(A)STP of 3.0 MLD capacity - Operation & Maintenance of the entire Sewerage Treatement project including Manpower, chemicals and material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non-civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of STP, pumps and motors, pumping stations including mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories. It also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, laboratory, etc. for 5(Five) years.(APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
