Material and labour for painting each almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of Synthetic enamel paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

Removing the existing torn out tapestry cloth ,pressed foam cushion,elastic webbing tape,pVC lipping from seat and back by unscrewing the seat and back from frame of chair carefully.S&F new seat and back made by using 60mm thick 40 density foam sheets,new webbing tape,new PVC lipping duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture of rate not less than 250 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker.The seat and back shall also be covered with plastic transparent film.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing torn out tapsetry cloth from seat and back of chair carefully after removing the PVC lipping.S&F new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture to seat and back of chair along with PVC lipping to restore the chair in original shape ,the rate of cloth shall not be less than 250 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair and S&F new arm of same shape and size ,made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer all as directed

Removing unserviceable 5 spokes stainless steel adjustable pedestal assembly, S&F new 5 spokes stainless steel adjustable pedestal assembly to chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removing unserviceable hydraulic gas lift cylinder of chair ,S&F new hydraulic gas lift cylinder to chair.Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Painting to all steel portion of chair computer with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP, FD-220 / 220 ®

Taking out existing unserviceable / broken plywood from the charpoy GI pipe by unscrewing nut, washer and flat iron. Tightening each part of the entire frame of charpoy by using pipe wrench and supply and fixing new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade-AAA made of size 1980mm x 900mm fixed over the GI pipe frame and fixing 3 components (i.e- ply, flat iron and rail) with new GI nylon insert nut, bolt and washers 8mm dia 62mm to 65mm long as directed by Engr-in-Charge and all as specified

CHAIR VERANDAH:-, FD-256, FD/MAP-II/06

Spot gas welding to broken parts/joints of chairs exc 2 cm and not exc 4 cm

Removing of existing torn out/unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandah and recanning the chair fully both seat and back with new plastic cane of virgin quality white, half round of size 4mm wide and 0.60 mm thick.complete all as specified and shown on drawing.The canning shall only be done after painting the chair.

Removing the old broken shoes of chairs and Supply and Fixing best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat and back from the chair,supply and fixing new PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair verandah MAP after providing one flat iron of size 20mmx5mm in support of PVC seat at centre between two sides through proper welding .The PVC seat shall got approved from GE before supply.The PVC seat shall be fied only after painting the chair.

Painting the frame of the chairs by two coats of synthetic enamel white of approved quality paint after prepartion of steel surface by sanding with sand emery paper and dusting the surface with clean cloth.The chair frame shall be made smooth by applying metal putty whereever required.
