SPECIAL REPAIRS TO FSSC BLOCK AT NAVAL DOCKYARD, VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of textile covering and including all padding concrete over RCC slab over roof, including removal of waste material away from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding concrete and kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges (40mm thickness) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick scred bed over padding concrete cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface up to groves with other laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and rubbish off the removal of debris outside of dockyard premises all as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exc 0.18 but n.exc 0.38 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm /450X300X7/8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards/ wall partition (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets / aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised Aluminium Frame Work (snap grid) for false ceiling work made from anodised aluminium main /cross tee of size not less than 38 mm x 24 mm x 1.5 mm thick and 28 mm x 24 mm x 1.5 mm thick respectively for false ceiling of grid size 600 mm x 600 mm including necessary hanging arrangement comprising of 6 mm dia MS rod, 'J' bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washer all as per manufacturer's instruction. The snap grid (main & cross section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with Anodised Aluminium angle of size 40mmx25mmx2mm, weighing 0.36 Kg / RM. The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction / crossings with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mmxl5mmx1.5mm, weighing 0.12 Kg per running metre, fixed with suitable size mild steel, bolts nuts and washers complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed.
