PILE WORK

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring, with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). 450 mm dia piles

CONCRETE WORK

4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

4.2.2 : Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.40.1 : Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer- in charge. Note:- (1) Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately. (2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS:3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clause 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS: 456-2000 in the items of BMC and RMC.All works up to Plinth level

23.9 : Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000x450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforation @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

MASONRY WORK

60.7.1 : DRY RUBBLE MASONRY _ Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site

7.1.1 : Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

50.6.1.2 : Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) etc complete.

STEEL WORK

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

17.29 : Providing and fixing 100 mm sand cast Iron grating for gully trap.

10.26.3 : Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer.G.I. pipes

PATHWAY AND CYCLE TRACK

16.69 : Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ). ( Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge)

16.68 : Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Colour Concrete pavement for Cycle Track with M30 grade concrete as per IS 456 2000 . The Rate shall be inclusive of minimum 4 inch thick concrete with stamping, color hardener, stamp release agent, acrylic based sealer, cutting of control joints, labour material machineries etc with proper finish as directed by Engineer in Charge

MISCELLANEOUS WORK

FINISHING

ROOFING

12.49 : Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately ).

Providing & fixing on ceiling factory pressed clay decorative floral tile (under mangalore tile roof) of 320mm x 200 mm x 12mm and as per approved pattern on frame work complete including scaffolding charges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(frame work to be paid separately).

FLOORING

8.12 : Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvillinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.a. Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

8.3.2 : Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer -in-Charge.Granite work

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supply at site, erection of Panel (including Civil Foundation for Panels), Testing &amp; Commissioning of Weather Proof Outdoor Type Feeder Pillar having Provision with Metering Cubicle, Outgoing Feeders, Astronomical Timer Switch etc. (including Necessary Liasoning works for getting Electrical Connection &amp; Other Approvals as required and directed by Engineer in charge
