Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 5 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade(company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and includingpriming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre per 10 Sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, paving including finishing the surface even and fair including necessary formwork, Finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines up to 100mm to 300mm dia pipe by rodding from one man hole to next man hole, washing thoroughly with fresh water and removing all sludges from the sewage lines including removing existing man hole covers and refixing properly after cleaning and disposal of sludges out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris.

Cleaning the blockages in floor trap, Nahani trap, Gully trap, WC 'P' trap or 'S' trap, and refixing the same after cleaning of pipes up to 1st manhole making good damaged cement complete all as specified.

Cleaning of man holes of any size, and upto 1.5m depth by taking out cover slab of any size and bailing out foul water, by pumping out liquid sludge soil & sediments& disposing off out side MD land, cleaning the external surfaces with fresh water & fixing the manhole covers including disposal of sludges/water out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris etc.

Taking out RCC cover slab of septic tank of 50 to 100 users capacity carefully, taking out the sludge including foul water, collect the sludge in closed container and remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies. after complete removal of sludge inlet and outlet pipe, M.S ring and septic tank complete cleaning with fresh water as directed and placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed Notes:- (i)The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris etc. (ii) The rates quoted in the above item include the cost of T&P like Cleaning Rod, Bamboo spade, sewage Cleaning/Pressure Machine with loader etc complete. (iii) The lines measured once cannot measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines re-occur within 3 months the contractor shall not be paid extra for the same. (iv) Minimum 2 persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all days for attending the complaints of cleaning sewage/Blockage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 12 hours the recovery @ Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be made from contractors dues. (Date and time in Complaint Slip is only the criteria of recovery of non attending blockage complaint) (iv) Recovery made by Engineer -in-Charge will be final and binding for non attending sewage complaint.

Dismantling Stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of dry river sand, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and refixing only of existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block after levelling sunk portions with sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quated is inclusieve of Sand for leveling/cushioning nothing extra shall be paid seperately.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm mixed with grey cement and pigment as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile laid over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side laid dry with and including one coat of exterior grade terracotta paint on tiled surface area complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The rate quoted is inclusive of dismantling of roof tiles nothing extra shall not be paid separately.)

Supply and Fix in repair concertina coil of 600 mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm (2min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make incl white colour,and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing incl necessary welding to MS sections etc including taking out old concertina complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including secruing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)
