M&L for cup boards steel shutter having 1.00 mm thick MS plain black sheet, locking arrgement with handle mechanism and shutter fixed with pressed steel frames all around the opening of size 85 x 60 mm made of 1.25mm thick PGI sheet for doors with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate fixed in wall etc including painting on frames and shutters both side metallic powder coated paint (machine spray) with best quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a)Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris out side AFS area as specified and as directed. (b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement concrete surface. (d) 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface in cm 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out suing extra cement.mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured and paid seperately) (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric.The over lap shall be minimum 75 mm in length side and 100 mm with side. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application as specified and as directed. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point ,socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing material for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from main switch boards / cut out boxes / MCB DBs / complete sealing the cable end and making good disturbed surface by walls etc.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from fitting and fixtures such as ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings, street light, flood LED lights etc all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment including joint boxes, terminal boxes etc complete along with copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multi stranded (FRLS) copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as continuous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete as specified and as directed. Note: Modular metal flush boxes will be measured & paid seperately.
