SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-123 JCOs OTM ACCN AT SRC RAMGARH CANTT

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete, Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna conchem or Dr. Fixit equivalent confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conferming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 20mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 40mm thickness in two layers including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 10mm thick coloured vitrified ceramic tiles( light shade) (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,as in floors etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
