Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Interior wall Surface Water proofing of Dr. Fixit Dampguard is a two-component coating composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, inert pigments & properly selected fine fillers, additives in water as a medium. It has an advantage of dilution with water for application over cementitious surfaces. It is used as internal coating for the damp-proofing treatments of internal wall. It has excellent water resistance, adhesion, hardness & toughness and sets faster similar to solvent based epoxy formulations. Clean the existing painted surface by scraping, removing dust, and washing it thoroughly with water, Fill the cracks & grooves with Dr. Fixit Dampguard and cement modified putty & allow it to dry for at least 24 hours.Apply the first brush coat of mixed quantity (1:1:1 - base :hardener : water) of Dr. Fixit Dampguard. Allow drying for 6 to 8 hrs.Apply second brush coat of mixed Dr. Fixit Dampguard. Allow it to cure completely for 24 hours . Coverage Dr. Fixit Dampguard as a coating: 6 to 8 m2 per kg per coat.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :

Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm
