Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeter) compacted thickness of each layers including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying granular sub-base/base/surface with well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surfaces mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401.4 for Grading-I material, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octori, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-20 (M- twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately) depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidential. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone, screening,binidng material at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic meters) per ten square meters and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cubic metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeters to forty five millimeters)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 ( By Mechanical Means) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying the tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg/sqm. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broome as per technical specification clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lift as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with all leads and lift and other incidental . Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A with specified sizes of graded stone aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm (Five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate 0.27cum.per 10 sqm. (Zero point two seven cubic meter) per ten square meter premixed with pentration grade with bitumen binder VG-10(viscosity grade-ten) at the rate 14.6 kg. (fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square meter of road surface to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant of 30/40 (Thirty/ forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred)KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat type -B complete as per MORD technical specification clause-508 including hauling of material in all leads lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. Providing and laying of premix seal coat type-B for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 6.8 kg. (six point eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06(zero point zero six ) cubic meter of fine aggregate per ten square meter heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manully of mixed materials and rolling with three wheel road roller 8-10 (Eight - ten ) tonne capacity as per MORD technical specification clause-510 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.
