M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 for finished even and fair (without using extra cement).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint maching to existing of wall surface.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M & L for preparing of existing old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather coat paint .

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint matching to existing of wall surface.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L cement concrete in foundation, surface channels and drains type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

Removing building materials like old cement mortar, cement concrete from demolition to a distance exc 1km and not exc 5km, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 mix type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving, plinth protection etc, finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for Forming 65mm deep x 10mm thick contraction (dummy joints), filled with sealing compound grade "A".

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix ,type B-2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement as in path/hard standing

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete in sub base for path/paving/ flooring, type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate).

M & L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, over and including cement screed base 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc complete as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for paver block, laid and spread all as directed.

M&L for coloured Machine pressed polished precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment on sand bed.

M & L for Filleting in any position and to any shape n. exc. 25 sq. cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick masonary etc complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in boundry pillars and posts footing etc.

M & L for mild steel work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in angle iron posts & struts in fencing and in compound walls including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. and including flat iron filletes for securing wire mesh or fence etc. including all necessary bolting riveting etc complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type.

Supply only Chain link Mild Steel galvanisd fencing with 3 to 4mm dia made up to mattresses with mesh of size 50 x 50 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only steel chain link fencing including line wires(ends of bars hooked), any mesh size and type to any srandards, rails, steel bars, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only 10mm dia plain round barsas in line wire for chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F mild steel screw bolts machine made with haxagonal head at one end and screwed other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, not exc. 5 cm long and dia of sunk 11 to 15 mm complete.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

Cutting holes exc 400 Sqcm but n. exc 1 Sqm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete

Cutting upto a depth of 2.5cm into concrete walls/columns and trimming surface as required, girth exc. 30cm with or wihout reinforcement built in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided

M & L for reinforced cement concrete1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in columns/beam/bands, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste formwork for rough finished flat surface of concrete sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, columns, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S & F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape conncentrina coil upto 610mm dia 10m open length having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length,spring core 2.5mm tk fixed to upto existing 'Y' Shaped neck upto 4 m height of wall with stud tired with necessary GI clips , stables to retain both horizontal & vertical bond/bind with necessary bolts, nuts or fixed with birbed wire etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Length of fencing in which concertina coil laid shall be measured and paid.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in coping /drain incl use at form work (straight or curved) weathering. Slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc.

M&L for Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.
