Providing comprehensive annual maintenance of following size and capacity cold rooms & freezer rooms (Blue Star Make) consisting of allied equipments installed at regional Forensic science laboratory, 7th floor, yashwant place, chanakya puri, New Delhi including replacement of defective/worn out spare parts and periodical servicing & preventive maintenance, Routine Checking once in a month and attending the break down complaint within 24 hours after lodging the same and minor repair etc as required, as per terms & condition attached & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge:- The scope of work consisting of providing tools and tackles, spares parts, equipments, consumables items required for smooth and uninterrupted working of the complete System etc as required. a) Walk-in Freezer Room of size 93"(L) x 70"(W) x 98.25"(H) with 1 No. 6000 btu/hour capacity refrigeration machine to maintain temperature at -18⁰C to -20⁰C.

b) Walk-in Cold Room of size 242.5"(L) x 185"(W) x 98.25"(H) with 3 Nos. 15000 btu/hour capacity each refrigeration machine to maintain temperature at 4⁰C to 8⁰C.

c) Walk-in Cold Room of size 94"(L) x 69"(W) x 93"(H) with 1 No. 15000 btu/hour capacity refrigeration machine to maintain temperature at 4⁰C to 8⁰C.
