Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5sand: 10graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble/ploygonal rubble (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in foundation and plinth.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

(c) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure avobe ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all hight.

Providing wood work in frames of door and windows , clearstory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasterners of required dia sal wood

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 35mm thick 2nd. Class Deodar Wood.

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

P/F 12mm thick prelaminated partical board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conferming to IS:12823 Grade-ItypeII in panelling fixed in aluminium doors windows shtter and partition frame with CP brass/ stainless steel screws complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both side

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, trade of steps and landing laid over12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.
