Taking out unserviceable cassette type AC of capacity 3.9 TR comprising indoor and outdoor unit from the existing position and shifting/refixing the same to another office conference hall including necessary transportation and hanging arrangements by steel rod of 10mm dia with nut and bolts/welding in four side of casette AC from ceiling to false ceiling height, cutting of false ceiling and making good distributed surface at different places as per requirement and repairing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing/cleaning of Cassette type AC ceiling mounted capacity 3.9 TR complete with air blower , Cleaning of Condenser / Eva porter Coil Units with Air Blower & then wet servicing of Condenser / Eva porter Coil Units with washing soda etc , Checking of complete wiring , tightening of loose wire connections with proper Lugs / Clips. Renewal of defective wiring & terminal connector , Proper setting of thermostat & other Electrical / Refrigerant controls, cleaning of air filter , reinstallation & testing for proper functioning / cooling effect complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair rotary compressor seal unit of suitable capacity/model in the unit properly for 3.9 TR cassette type AC ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan motor including fan blade, capacitor complete for out door unit suitable for cassette type AC 3.9 ton capacity 430 volts, three phase 50 HZ, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair condensing coil unit copper suitable for cassette type AC 3.9 ton capacity ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper pipe of size 3/4" dia for suction side and 3/8" dia for delivery side for connection indoor and out door unit with ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Copper pipe to be covered with nitrile rubber tubular insulation type material as required on ground and it should be taken through piping rack /support. (ii) Suction and delivery pipe shall be measured seperately.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm dia PVC flexible drain pipe with proper insulation under the ceiling for cassette AC 3.9 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PCB for control unit for cassette AC 3.9 TR capacity as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.
