Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand/6mm aggregate, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlock paver block in to the bedding through vibratory compaction using plate compactor filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as required shape, size, pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).(Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Providing and making M 20 RCC column base with foundation bolts as per drawing for fixing street light poles including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, excavation, PCC foundation, shuttering, fixing charge of foundation bolts, reinforcements, PVC pipes etc. complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position ,including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape, colour and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm)

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns, walls and slabs to introduce steel bars/anchor bolts including fixing the steel bars /anchor bolts in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement/anchor bolt, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. PART B - ELECTRICAL

Prices are for the complete materials and labour required to form a fully functional installation complying to relevant standards irrespective of whether all those items are listed below, shown on drawings or described in the specifications. The contractor's scope shall include supply of materials, taking delivery of the materials at site including unloading and leading charges, storage, shifting to work site, installation, testing, commissioning and warranty.

AUTHORITY APPROVALS

The contractor's scope shall include preparation of all drawings, submitting and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate, submitting of completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction and energisation certificates from Electrical Inspectorate & KSEB, obtaining power allocation & permanent power connection, etc. and commissioning of the whole installation in the premises. All statutory payments will be reimbursed on production of the original receipts.

LIGHT FITTINGS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fittings to be mounted on octagonal galvanised pole of 4mm thickness as required.

The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. The poles shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875.
